Claimpaign is a B2B platform. There is no custody of funds. You purchase campaign credits, which are used to create and run campaigns. The platform wallet sends transactions on your behalf, but all ada and tokens are distributed directly to claimers on-chain.

Service fees cover the Cardano transaction fee (~0.2 ada) plus platform margin.
Cost per code
The total cost per code is the effective ada (what the claimer receives) plus the service fee.
- Ada only: ada per claim (min 2.0 ada) + 0.5 ada fee
- Token Bundle: min UTxO 2.0 ada (+ optional bonus ada) + 0.8 ada fee
- NFT: min UTxO 2.0 ada (+ optional bonus ada) + 2.5 ada fee
Minimum UTxO
Every Cardano transaction output must contain a minimum amount of ada (the min UTxO). This is a protocol requirement, not a Claimpaign fee. The min UTxO depends on the output size:
- Token outputs: 2.0 ada minimum
- NFT outputs: 2.0 ada minimum
This ada is sent to the claimer along with their tokens. For ada-only campaigns, you set the amount yourself (minimum 2.0 ada).
Campaign credits
Organizations purchase campaign credits to fund their campaigns. Credits are denominated in ada and can be topped up via any CIP-30 Cardano wallet. There is no custody: credits represent prepaid service capacity, not held funds. The platform wallet executes claim transactions on your behalf and deducts the cost per code from your credit balance.
Total campaign cost
Total cost = cost per code x number of codes. The cost breakdown is shown in real time on the campaign creation page before you submit.
Refunds
When you delete a campaign, unclaimed codes are refunded to your campaign credits. Claimed codes are not refunded since the transaction has already been sent on-chain.
VAT
Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged.
